At the time of signup/adding a link, the built-in robot will
automatically spider the link exchange page entered in the form, to
verify if a link has actually been placed or not. The Link Exchange
system will not accept the form, unless a link is found.

Set a minimum Google page rank level (Google PR) as a link acceptance
criterion. This is to ensure that new websites with low popularity do
not link to you. The Form will not be accepted if the home page PR or
the linking page PR is below your set PR Level.
Administrative features include but are not limited to:

Unlimited categories and sub-categories.
Multiple category and link display options, easily
updateable using the administration panel.
Allows administrators to update any link's description, details, link
and category. Reciprocal linking details are very easily manageable
for Editing / Deleting.
Administrators can add links from the admin panel and set to display
(Status = Active) even if a reciprocating URL is not mentioned. This
is very useful when other websites do not link back to you unless you
have a link on your website. Once you know where they have placed
your link, simply log back into the administration panel, click
modify and add the reciprocating URL.
